WHY PEOPLE LOVE THE WOODLANDS

Where is The Woodlands TX:
The Woodlands is in Spring, TX. Close to I-45, Grand Parkway 99, and Hardy Toll Road. You have access to any part of Houston with ease. The Woodlands is just north of Houston about 30 miles.

Why people choose The Woodlands:
It is the closest you will ever get to "living in a bubble". I rave all the time about The Woodlands, but it truly has something to offer to everyone. The way it was master planned with live, work, play, and education in mind, is truly one-of-a-kind. The multitude of activities here are endless, there's so much nature, fun outdoor shopping & eating hubs, and over all a great family friendly environment.

Amenities in The Woodlands TX:

There's a variety of different community parks, boasting miles of scenic trails, lakes for fishing, all types of playgrounds, pools, splash pads, extravagant aquatic centers, scenic water features, picnic areas, sports fields & courts, state of the art golf courses & country clubs, and so much more.

District Rating in Conroe ISD:
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A's for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Nearby:
Everything you could want and more is within's arm reach. There's Market Street, Hughes Landing, & Waterway Square which provide premier shopping, dining, & entertainment experiences. There's also many different village centers that have grocery stores, restaurants, and shops & services.
