Today I wanted to share with you all things Research Forest, The Woodlands TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE RESEARCH FOREST IN THE WOODLANDS TX

Where is Research Forest:
Located in The Woodlands, off of Research Forest Drive and just minutes away from I-45.

Why folks choose Research Forest:
This is a smaller community in a great location that features mostly newer homes with a traditional style. The community is full of mature trees, providing a secluded feel, and all of the lawns are very well manicured. It’s right next to Lake Woodlands so there’s beautiful views and easy access to all of the amenities within Town Center.

Amenities in Research Forest:

The main parks are Bear Branch Park, Northshore Park, and Avalon Park, and there’s about 12 other parks located along Research Forest Drive that have children’s playgrounds, pools, picnic areas, grilling areas, ponds & other water features, sports fields, and miles of nature trails. Residents has access to all of the amenities of The Woodlands, as well as the multiple state of the art golf courses.

District Rating in Conroe ISD

A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Nearby:
It’s extremely close to The Portofino Shopping Center: Sam’s Club, Home Depot, T.J. Maxx, Pet Smart, Old Navy, Michael’s, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Five Below, Bath & Body Works, Sally Beauty Supply, Zales Outlet, Another Broken Egg, Buffalo Wild Wings, Buca di Beppo, multiple salons, and much more. It’s a super short commute to The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Waterway Square, Hughes Landing, and so much more.
