The Woodlands is a community in the heart of Montgomery County. The city is located off I-45 about 28 miles north of Houston. It's also one of the fastest-growing areas in the country and was named the Best City to Live in America. So, if you're looking for a new home, The Woodlands is definitely worth a look!

In The Woodlands, you'll discover a variety of villages designed to suit any lifestyle. Village of Alden Bridge

Alden Bridge is located in The Woodlands, this is one of the largest villages in The Woodlands with around 7,000 homes. It's located west of I-45, between FM 1488, Highway 242, and FM 2978. Residents love this village for its variety of home styles and prices that match many different needs. It's also conveniently located near Town Center, a community shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. You'll also find two state-of-the-art golf courses nearby: The Woodlands Country Club and The Club at Carlton Woods.

Village of Carlton Woods

Carlton Wood is a luxury gated community in The Woodlands, accessible via Sterling Ridge Drive, Research Forest Drive, and Branch Crossing Drive. The community sits on a state-of-the-art golf course in the Sterling Ridge Village area. The upscale community also features expansive homes on spacious lots, with some having golf courses or water views. Village of Creekside Park

The Village of Creekside Park is located north of Grand Parkway 99 and south of Woodlands Parkway, this beautiful community can be accessed by Gosling and Kuykendahl Rd. Residents love Creekside Park because it's the newest village in The Woodlands with all of its new shopping and dining options, as well as one-of-a-kind parks and hiking trails. There are also highly rated onsite middle and elementary schools. Grogans Forest

Grogans Forest is a neighborhood in The Woodlands, Texas. It is located in The Village of Grogans Mill, off Research Forest Drive, and is only minutes from I-45. It is nestled between Gosling & Grogans Mill, spanning from Research Forest Drive to Woodlands Parkway and overlapping Lake Woodlands.
